About how I plan my future career
I would want to be a millionaire in the future, I think that would be a dream for most people and I am no exception. The career I have chosen may or may not be able to help reach this goal but having a vision is what keeps you motivated to act on it.
First of all, I feel that I am lucky compared to most people in that I have many paths to choose from. My mom's existence gave me the option of taking over the family business, which is a maid business, and my mom would have to find clients, schedule employees, etc., which would be the easiest path to help get to the goal of being a millionaire. Although I inherited the family business, I chose to study at Mutil Media University because I didn't have enough business knowledge, in order to be able to help the family business and to reach my millionaire plan, I had to have the ability to think clearly about how to attract more clients, how to make the client's experience better, and how to ensure the quality of the work we are doing. 1) Attract more customers

Given this, I am dedicating my efforts to refining and optimizing the Google platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of its users. My goal is to contribute to its growth and adaptability, helping it remain a central hub for innovation, connectivity, and efficiency. By focusing my energy on enhancing Google's offerings, I aim to play a significant role in the future of online platforms, leveraging its capabilities to provide value on a global scale.
2) Make the customer experience better
Fristly, I will communicate clearly with clients to ensure timely, clear, and courteous communication with clients. This includes confirming appointments, providing accurate estimates for services, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Setting the right expectations in advance builds trust. Secondly, I will also ensure consistent quality. Set strict quality control standards and ensure that your team consistently meets them. Regular staff training in best practices, customer service and cleaning techniques will maintain a high level of service. Lastly, I would update the customer feedback system in order to implement a process for collecting feedback after each service. This shows clients that their opinions matter and allows you to continually improve based on their comments. Utilize reviews to make necessary adjustments and offer incentives for positive feedback.
3) Ensure the quality of our work
I will Regularly train employees on the latest cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety standards. Offer certification programs to ensure they are fully qualified to handle various cleaning tasks.
